Pumpkin Bread(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. canola oil
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs, beaten (or Egg Beaters)
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl, make deep well in center. Add remaining ingredients and mix just enough to moisten all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Cool on rack. Wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer.
    Makes 16 servings.
