Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin mix
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
    In a large bowl mix sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, water and pumpkin until combined. Add flour mixture, 1/3 at a time.
    Mix well.
    Pour into ungreased loaf pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Let set for 10 minutes. Loosen with knife around sides and turn out of pan.
    Lay on side of wire rack for 15 minutes or until warm.
    Put in bread sacks, not foil, wax paper or Saran Wrap.
    Store in freezer until needed.
