Porterhouse Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    12 oz. semi-sweet Nestle chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift three times together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    Cream sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter.
    Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
    Add sour cream.
    Gradually add flour mixture.
    Mix in chips and nuts.
    Using teaspoon, spoon on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
    Transfer from sheet to paper towels once out of oven to cool.
