Baked Scallops(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. calico scallops (small ones)
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 box Ritz crackers
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix scallops, sour cream, salt and pepper together.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and layer bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with these crumbs.
    Pour scallop mixture over crumbs.
    Melt butter and pour over top layer of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
