Country Skillet Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole new potatoes, drained and diced
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick), cooked and diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in butter over medium heat until tender. Add potatoes, tomatoes, pork, green pepper and thyme.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
