Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; add other ingredients as given. Line bottom of 2 large loaf pans with waxed paper. Bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
