Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil (vegetable)
1/2 c. raisins
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Blend until well mixed.
Divide into 3 parts.
Put in greased and floured coffee cans.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
