Low-Fat Pumpkin Bars Or Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat together pumpkin, sugar, oil and yogurt.
In a medium bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture, stirring just until combined.
Stir in the raisins.
