Low-Fat Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    egg substitute equal to 3 eggs
    1 c. applesauce
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini with peel
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add applesauce.
    Stir in vanilla and zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients together and mix well.
    Add nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves (equals 32 servings).
