Butter Crunch Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted oleo
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix cake, oleo and 1 egg together; spread in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, then whip the cream cheese (room temperature), 2 eggs and confectioners sugar; beat.
Spread on top of first layer. (May have to use hands.)
Cook 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
