Chinese Almond Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. lard (do not substitute)
    2 large eggs
    3 tsp. baking soda
    5 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roll dough into 1/2 to 1-inch balls. Put on cookie sheet.
    Flatten slightly and put almond on top and bake at 250\u00b0 for 10 minutes or according to your oven.
