Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. warm milk
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter (soft)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 orange rind
    2 grated apples (medium)
    1 c. ground walnuts
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    4 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and warm water.
    Proof 5 minutes.
    Add warm milk, butter, cinnamon, baking soda, orange rind, apples and walnuts.
    Add flours.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise until double. Divide into two.
    Roll into rectangle.
    Add 1/2 cup raisins soaked in Grand Marnier.
    Put in pans (bread).
    Let rise.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
