Delicious Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) can golden hominy, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    soft bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese and paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery with a few leaves
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and celery in oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add soup and milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add cheese and seasonings. Fold in 1 can of hominy.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole which has been well-greased.
