Ingredients

6 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
2 shots whiskey
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender. Add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and whiskey.
Mix with your hands. Let rest a few minutes and mix again.
Add flour until you can roll a small amount of dough in your palm without it being sticky. Form dough in balls the size of walnuts.
Place on greased cookie sheet; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Cool cookies.
