Ingredients

2 c. golden raisins
1 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cover raisins with 2 cups water and cook down to soften 10 minutes.
Drain.
Add all to flour mixture.
Mix and bake in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
