Round Steak And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. red wine vinegar
3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cube meat into bite-size squares. Spray frying pan with Pam and brown meat.
Drain.
Add vinegar; stir on medium heat until well blended.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over cooked rice.
