Boston Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
3 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix cornmeal and the 2 flours together in pan.
Mix other ingredients in a different bowl.
Dissolve the soda in buttermilk, adding this last to the mixture.
Then add the dry ingredients. Bake in covered tins for 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
