Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour pan.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
