Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices day-old de-crusted, cubed bread
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Soak bread cubes in evaporated milk 10 minutes.
Stir in raisins.
Stir milk, sugar and vanilla into beaten eggs.
Place bread in buttered casserole.
Pour milk mixture over.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
