Spiced Yams With Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed Louisiana yams (canned or fresh)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
6 cling peach halves
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix yams, lemon juice, zest, sugar and spice.
Whip until fluffy.
Arrange drained peach halves in buttered baking dish. Top with sweet potato mixture.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
