Sheila'S Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. apples (3 to 4)
    1 c. pecans, chopped or walnuts
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 (8 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Stir eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in medium bowl, well mixed.
    Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon on wax paper.
    Stir into liquids until evenly mixed.
    Stir in apples and walnuts.
    Divide between 2 pans.
