Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour in mix.
    Stir into banana mix.
    Alternate with milk. Add nuts and mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
