Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled and mushed zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    1/4 c. currants
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add zucchini.
    Mix well. Add the rest of your dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and currants. Pour into 4 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
    Freeze or serve hot.
