Creamy Vegetable Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked long grain rice
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
