Toasted Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
almond butter spread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread coconut in shallow baking pan. Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan often to toast coconut evenly.
Set aside.
Grease bottom of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
