Mistake Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add liquid ingredients; mix just until moist and no lumps.
    Bake in a 10 x 10 x 2-inch greased pan until brown at 450\u00b0.
