Pistachio Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)
1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix by hand all ingredients at one time.
Put into 2 loaf pans, 1/4 batter in each of pans.
Then mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on batter, then put rest of batter in loaf pans. Cover with rest of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool in loaf pans. Can be cut in slices and put on platter after completely cool.
