Zucchini Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Combine carrot, onion and 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan.
    Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes and drain.
    Add yogurt and zucchini to saucepan.
    Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, coated with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
