Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour, sifted 3 times and then measured
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 large eggs
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour and pineapple alternately.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Makes a nice cake.
