Ingredients

3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar slowly and continue to beat until thick and glazed.
Add salt and vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts slowly.
Drop batter by teaspoonful on cookie sheet.
Put cookies in oven and close door. Turn off the heat and leave overnight.
