Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    2 (8 oz.) jars taco sauce (Old El Paso, may use mild or hot or medium, whatever you desire)
    3 c. corn chips (3/4 cup per serving)
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain fat.
    Add taco sauce and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes.
