Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks real butter (soft)
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine 1 cup flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar
in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Combine sugars, butter and oil; cream well.
Add egg and vanilla to sugar and fold in all flour. Cover and chill overnight.
