Quick Cheddar Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
    2 c. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs until blended.
    Add cheese. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Serve warm.
