Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; add eggs and beat.
    In small bowl, combine coloring, cocoa and vinegar.
    Add to egg mixture. Alternate flour and buttermilk, starting and ending with flour. Add vanilla.
    Bake in greased and floured 8-inch pans in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
