Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unpeeled orange
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Wash and cut orange into pieces, rind and all.
Combine with juice in the blender.
Blend until almost smooth.
Combine sugar, egg and oleo.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add orange and dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add nuts.
Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Place on rack to cool, after removing from pan.
