Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 c. fresh baby spinach
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray small baking dish with Pam in preparation for baking.
    While oven is heating, use a large skillet on stove top and heat olive oil.
    Break up sausage and brown in skillet.
    When sausage is fully cooked, lower heat and add spinach; stir until wilted.
    Add beaten eggs (or Egg Beaters).
    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and scrambled until eggs are slightly firm.
    Place the egg, spinach and sausage mixture into baking dish.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
    Cook for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
