Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. water
    nuts and raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together; add eggs and pumpkin, mixing well. Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture. Pour into two well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let stand for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool.
