Zucchini Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini
4 to 5 green or red peppers
3 bay leaves
salt, pepper and garlic salt
4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 small onion
olive oil
Preparation

Peel vegetables, slice and place in a large baking pan.
Add tomatoes, bay leaves and seasoning.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with olive oil and cover. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
