Skillet Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 can tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
    3/4 c. Heinz
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces*
Preparation
    * One-half pound (2 inch pieces) spaghetti is about 2 1/2 cups.
