Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans or almonds
Preparation

Combine butter and sugar; blend well.
Add egg yolk; blend well.
Stir in flour and cinnamon.
Press mixture into a greased wax paper-lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
