Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Add oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder together.
    Add dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture.
    Add zucchini (don't peel) and walnuts.
    Mix and bake in 2 to 3 loaf pans (depends on thickness you prefer).
    Fill pans about 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake in greased and floured pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
