Chocolate Cracker Sandwich Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tub Betty Crocker creamy deluxe chocolate ready to spread frosting
    60 buttery flavored round or oval crackers
    2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation
    Spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter on each of 30 crackers; top with remaining crackers to form a sandwich.
    Heat frosting in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, just until melted (do not overcook).
    Using 2 forks, dip each cracker sandwich into frosting, coating completely.
    Place on waxed paper. Let dry uncovered for 8 hours.
    Store loosely covered.
