Easy Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 onion, chopped
    4 c. water and 4 bouillon cubes or 4 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a heavy skillet.
    Add rice and stir over medium heat until brown. Slowly add bouillon and salt.
    Cover and cook slowly 25 minutes until rice is tender, adding water if needed.
