Breakfast Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 1/2 oz. mixed dried fruit, chopped
    3 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 small pitas, each cut in half crosswise
Preparation
    Preheat toaster oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and stir to blend.
    Fill each pita half with 1/4 of the peanut butter mixture.
    Wrap each pita half in foil and bake until heated through, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
