Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat spread and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add dry ingredients with juice, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries, nuts and peel.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
