Eskimo Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    120 ml (1 stick) butter or margarine
    60 ml unsweetened cocoa
    240 ml sugar
    700 ml rolled oats (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    60 ml milk (enough to make mix right)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar and cocoa together until they are thoroughly blended.
    Add oatmeal, vanilla and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Roll into balls about 2 cm diameter.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.
    Makes about 80 cookies.
