Eggless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
40 standard marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 pre-baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, marshmallows, cinnamon and salt in top of double boiler.
Stir constantly until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and chill thoroughly.
Whip cream.
Beat pumpkin mixture until fluffy, then fold in whipped cream.
Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
