Zucchini And Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 each:
    soy sauce, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
    Layer tomatoes and onion over zucchini.
    Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
    Top with cheese and dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
