Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and mix with butter mixture.
    Add mashed bananas and vanilla, mix well.
    Add buttermilk and nuts and stir well. Pour in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
