Chicken-Bacon And Cheddar Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    4 kaiser rolls, sliced
    4 slices Cheddar cheese
    4 tomato slices
    4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of wax paper. Pound chicken until about 1/4-inch thick; set aside.
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings to cook chicken in for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard; blend well.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of rolls.
    Take bottom half of each roll and put on chicken breast, 1 slice cooked bacon, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
    Cover each with top half.
